Dear Peter,

Thank you very much for your advice and sharing your life experience.

But I do not trust lawyers. Unfortunately, I had couple times in my life of very negative experience because of legal advices by professional lawyers. After that very painful for me cases I realised, that I have to do it by myself. You are only one person who really interested in positive results. Even the best lawyer cannot guarantee you good results and no one barrister take responsibility for his/her failure. So, do it by yourself, read papers carefully, study, ask other people who has greater experience than you and probably all will be fine :) I hope so...

P.S. May be I am wrong with my attitude, but the last year shows some positive shifts in my life after accepting this kind of policy…

Remember that you are negociating about a contract that may last for months or even years. Even the smallest change in the contract will be worth the 2 hours bill that the lawyer sends you. And it gives a good feeling if your lawyer agrees with the contract.
