If S. worked for the company then he'd be the "contractor". So presumably (as every "or" has an "ee") the company would be the "cointractee" - I think! :-) Don't these agency jobs have a cut-off period after which the contractee stops paying them for finding the contractor and they're all free to do as they wish? I haven't had much truck with these situations, only having done it myself for a few months, rest of the time finding the work myself.
