>Well I think your biggest worry ought to be that, as it is here more and more, the media is more an arm of government/authority than it is the "questioning voice". They still disguise themselves as questioning journalists but in fact they or their masters have an entirely different agenda than the one traditionally assumed for the media.

Well it's the media who are up in arms about all this. I don't think they're toeing the MetPol line at all. You can't expect that the on-the-spot reporter of the day would have got the best picture of all this. But they're certainly baying for police blood now.

>Jumping the turnstyle has to be such an unusual occurrence that people would have remembered it and connected that they didn't see such around the time of the shots.
>The non-event of ordering him to stop is another thing witnesses would have had something to say about I should think.

These 3 points are all being raked over now. How did ANY of these orig. points get out in the first place? Far from hurdling the turnstlyles he bought a ticket and even stopped to pick up a freebie newspaper. It's all so shockingh to us as new factors come to light.

What I can't understand is how no ricochets happened (esp. from the 2 that missed). I'd imagine after just 3 shots to the head there wouldn't be all that much corporeal matter to continue stopping the bullets.
