I wonder whether lawyers in the UK are really not trustworthy. Please, an opinion from those who live there.

Making such sweeping generalizations about an entire group of people is always a stupid thing to do.

FWIW, my sister-in-law happend to be a solicitor in the UK and she is one of the most trustworthy people I know.
