>>>Yeah. Whenever I say they, I mean every single police officers in London. Yeah I thnk they're all murders and have being murdering people for years.
>>>Yeah you're absolutely right. I meant all 100,000 of them (or however many there are in total) are murders.
>>>

>>Then I guess they must be remarkably bad at their job. Only managed to kill 11 people in 4 years in the whole of England and Wales:

>Prince George County, Maryland has a population similar to San Jose, California – 800,000. In Prince George County between the years 1990 and 2000, the police shot 122 people and killed 47. Police also shot one dog. Seems like the police are kinder to dogs.

>There is no reliable system to track police shootings in the United States. Such information is not available or given by the FBI.

>It is comforting to know that each year the FBI does tell us about crime in our country. For the last five years I have heard something interesting. Violent crime in our nation is down but rape and murder have increased. I guess it is all in the definition you wish to give to terms as to what in fact is meant!

>Oh yes we must remember that any victum is automatically guilty.

Tom, Tom, Tom

So many things you don't seem to get ;-)

It's soooo much easier to make the victim guilty. Think about it. The victim is already there. You don't have to put other persons on the case. Think about all the persons that have to get involved to find a criminal. So in the end it's less expensive.
