Adding to what Borislav told you, if you are a "Premier UT Member", you can remove yourself from the CC list by going to "Account Setup" -> "PUTM" -> "Settings" and scroll down to find "Replying to a message settings" and checkbox "Avoid the display of my name to be part in the CC list"
