No pleasure. Just responsibility... you know, there's nobody to forgive you. You have to live with whatever you do. You have to do good just because it's a human thing to do, not ad maiorem dei gloriam. You actually have to think what's good in each case, you can't hide behind anyone's advice.

Actually, the pleasure comes from knowing you've done good out of your own free will, and not because you obeyed some organization's rules and recommendations.
