I've got most of those already, but I think I'm a studyholic, since I only program so the work I can easily manage the work I do. There has been only one exception, and it was a program I wrote to track A-133 (audits) information requests from companies we fund. It got to be so "easy" to do, that I was asked if I could install it on the secretary's machine so she could enter the information and print out the reports at the end of the month, instead of me.

Reading books like Cummings book is refreshing. Very little theory, a lot of code and how to with explanations, etc. And he has now even made available the code that's in the book and to boot, intends to write bonus chapters. In my book that approach is really outstanding.
