I've tried to get GDI+ handle using Craigs ideea - SYS(2327, SYS(2325, SYS(2326,form.hwnd)))
I can even send a page to this GDI+ handle and fill the top level form. But .DrawRectangle didn't worked on the preview form. I've solved other way (avoiding Pain() event)

Regarding ReportOutput and ReportPreview , I found the problem. A "SELECT (this.drivingAlias)" is neede to switch back alias if the report has default data session, the same as the reportlistener object. Thanks for pointing out.
