What installer you use?
If you use InstallShield Express that comes with VFP just go to "Objects" node of the project tree and check "Microsoft Visual FoxPro 8 HTML Support Librar".
If you use other installer the files are "foxhhelp8.EXE" and "foxhhelp8.dll", but after you copy them to user computer you must register the object: foxhhelp8 /register (I am not sure about the parameter)
