Not sure what you mean by "using grid into another gird". It sounds like you have a grid inside another grid. If you mean a parent grid with another grid - child - somewhere else on the form then perhaps this will help:

You state that you have the 1-to-m reln. set up. This means that your reln. pointers go from the child to the parent.
This will be the case in the DE. Is there a reln. line?
If so delete it (it won't delete your permanent rel's)
Then draw a reln. from your parent table's PK to the child's FK.

Now when you move about in the parent grid, the related child recs will appear in that grid.
