I don't know if this is correct but it works:

Select pword, usrlev From userListQuery Where usrid1 == Upper(PadR(AllT(EngAppVar.thisuserid),10)) InTo Cursor myUserid

Select usrtbl3
EngAppVar.flname = SYS(2015)
Set Safety Off
Index On AllT(usrlname) To EngAppVar.tempdir + "\" + (EngAppVar.flname) Additive
Set Safety On
