Because with 90 VFP it doesn't use the driver of the printer for build the raster file,
but it uses GDI+, which creates a bit-map of the page.

VFP sends the bit-map to the printer.

Result:
- you decrease the printing speed one
- if the bit-map is not aligned up to a multiple of the printer's lines/page
the printer goes to a new page.
