You can use Web Services (they are free and VFP7..9) include SOAP package...

Or you can use third-part decision, like http://www.west-wind.com/ (very nice way too).

You can use COM+ (VFP) object and classic ASP or ASP.NET.

You can even directly connect to your MySQL server over internet (that information about connection string you can find in MySQL help files)
