If your mask is "X" - any character, then the InteractiveChange event of the textbox can be used, with INKEY(), to test for and trap any "special" chars, i.e. not within your range.
Alternatively, you could wait till they finish and the .Valid event could check through the string, using similar.
Having said this, Sergey will probably now cite a ready-made for this :-)
