If you're using ADO DataControl then what you only have to do is:
to set the datagrid's datasource to ADODC.
If you're using recordset then what you only have to do is:
to set the datagrid's datasource to the recordset.
ie.
set datagrid1.datasource=yourrecordset
==
Dim mSQL as string
mSQL="SELECT * FROM EMPLOYEE ORDER BY EMPID"
rsEmp.open mSQL, adOpenKeyset, adLockReadOnly
rsemp.MoveFirst
set datagrid1.datasource=rsEmp
