Hi Mike,
Randy is on the right track. If you can get into the EXPR of the report and zap printer specific information, you are 1/2 way there. Additionally, you have to nake the assumption that each envelop represents a single page. This being the case, you can use a 4 line detail band for the address and choose Eject in the RD for the last detail band.
