No, they go to their own hell (or their enemy's?). For trusting their handlers and being stupid.

Playing kamikaze against civilians won't gain popularity to any movement. They're doing a disservice to their own cause. A movement which wants to win must play more honestly with civilians than their enemy does.

Doing the same thing against an occupying military (or paramilitary) force is a completely different thing. That's war, uprising, name it what you want - but that's not terrorism.
