What would be the odds that the individual would continue to be afforded the right to voice that opinion? While I agree that he is an idiot and not worth attention, the entire world has now heard his idiotic views. Why do his comments not fall under the hate laws? (Those few laws that abridge freedom of speech in this country)

I can recall hearing the news over the last few years of people being arrested for making such threats.

Now if Pat Robertson would make a threat against GWB, I think action might be taken.

I think people like Pat Robertson are a danger to society. However, Mr. Robertson does have a strong following.
