MSSQL don't support the ISO standard.
This is not "wrong", but "lack","issue","insufficient"....
To say "wrong" it is wrong.

On VFP :
WEEK(DATE())   && this is not the ISO standard and it is wrong
WEEK(DATE(),2) && this is the ISO standard, and it is correct
WEEK(DATE(),3) && this is not the ISO standard and it is correct
