A lot of the features in SQL Server 7.0 seem to be aimed at making it a viable database (in combination with Access) for the end-user. I'd guess that a very large # of the people here have been involved projects that were started with Access and failed, then came in with VFP to rescue the project. I don't expect that to change, it'll probably increase. Whatever happens to Access, unless it really starts getting pushed as a developers tool - and made into one - it sounds like it's still going to be labeled an end-user tool.

I'll add that SLQ Server 7.0 will require Win 95, Win 98 or NT. There are lots of Netware shops out there.
