I have a list box on my main form which lists the users that have logged into my application. The users shown also have the ipaddress and hostname of the machine they are operating their client stored in the users table.

We have an application called VNC which allows our IT department to shadow a client machine for support reasons. Is there anyway I can create a way of right clicking on the username in the listbox and then say select shadow. Then use the ipaddress or hostname to invoke my VNC program to shadown their machine?

Thanks
