Just thought I would pass on a warning to anyone considering the purchase of ReFox. Time your purchase well! We purchased version 10 from the North American distributor this year. A week later, version 11 was released. Of course, when we bought version 10, we had NO idea a new version was about to be released. Since we were not dealing with an "emergency", we would have gladly waited the extra week to get the latest version.

We contacted the distributor who contacted ReFox -- their answer.... we would have to pay the upgrade price if we wanted version 11. Wow. Haven't seen lousy customer service like that in years. Buyer beware. Not the first time I have found myself in this situation.... just the first time the manufacturer's response was basically "aww, that's too bad you got hosed.... sucks to be you". Sure leaves a bad taste in your mouth!
