1. Create a report variable called rnCount. Set it to SUM, and set the Value to zero.

2. In the On Exit expression of the Data Group Footer, use this:

_VFP.SetVar('rnCount', rnCount+1)

3. Use rnCount in the summary band or whereever you need to print the total number of "data groups" processed.
