Sorry, i don't know the history here regarding previous posts by this guy, but one thing to keep in mind.

Some people, although they are programming using Foxpro, also have a business to run. In other words, they use Foxpro or any other program to get what they want out of it, then spend the rest of their time building their business. Foxpro is not their life, and once they get an answer and are able to solve a specific problem, they move onto other things instead of continually learning about this program. I don't think that this makes them someone to be treated in this fashion.

Spending a year on this forum getting questions answered does not make someone an expert. I've known people who have used Excel and Word for many years, yet don't know the most simplest items of the programs. I certainly don't put them down for that and say they should be an expert by now based on the time they've been using the program - I just answer them and go on my way.

Before I post here, I always check google and my reference books for answers. If I can't find anything, then I post here. However, that doesn't preclude me from asking a question that others might find elementary. Does this mean I should be chastised for it? I have to side with people who say "If you don't like the post, then why are you answering it?". I don't EXPECT people to respond to my posts, but APPRECIATE it if they can provide me with help. BTW, providing help on this forum is voluntary.
