If you have time it would be nice if you create this fll file in your FLL or as separate DLL.
The other options for me are:
1. Store binary data in base64 encoding and use VFP STRCONV() for fast
conversion.
2. Study GCC compiler to create DLL file for this conversion.
If you can create FLL this would be best solution.
The C source of conversion code itself must exist somewhere in Postgres SQL
source code tree.
This conversion is required to store VFP Gen fields, .frx and .frt files in a Postgres database.
