I enjoy the tech stuff but if there is basic chatter it makes it difficult to weed out the places where we can help each other with real problems. One suggestion is to ask all subscribers to respond chatter to the originator only. If it is technical content sent it to all concerned becuase it is mutually beneficial. Also, short acknowledgements of fixed problems are appreciated by all who see them.
