I've used R&R from Concentric Data Systems with Clipper and Foxpro apps. It's very flexible and old DOS versions include a code generator to convert your report to a .prg file. Of course, your data files must be TYPE FOXPLUS to work.

Yes, I know, it's an old technology but it's still the most flexible report writer I've seen!
