VFP 3.0 exe locks up after printing locally to an Epson stylus photo printer w/ driver ver 2.2

in the click event of my print button i basically have the code below:

for nNoofCopies = 1 to lnCopies
REPORT FORM &lcReportName &lcCond &lcDest
endfor

where the locals are evaluated before the loop

Note: during print the output spools to the Epson Spool Manager
** the program works fine printing to a networked HP Laser IV.
