It's easier to see were the problem could be if we give new fields meaningfull names.

* With 2 words
  REPLACE ;
    FirstName  WITH GETWORDNUM(field123, 1), ;   <= Fist Name
    MiddleName WITH GETWORDNUM(field123, 2), ;   <= Last Name
    LastName   WITH GETWORDNUM(field123, 3)      <= Nothing
