I am having a problem with a tableupdate failing at a client site. It is only happening on a table where multiple records are being added. I'm using optimistic table buffering. The symptoms are data is being lost on the tableupdate. They will add 4 records to an order detail grid and only 2 of the records will be saved when the tableupdate occurs. I am doing a tableupdate(1,.T.) to force the update.

I made the procedure a little more sophisticated to see if the tableupdate is returning an error. I am getting a .F. return. I cannot duplicate this on my system and I should mention I have many, many clients using this same code with no problems.

Is there any setting on the network that I should be looking into, or something in Windows? Or any other advice would be appreciated. I sent an update for them to try on Monday using pessimistic table buffering on this table but it seems like I shouldn't have to do that since I've never run into this before. I could also switch to a loop updating row by row, but again I shouldn't have to do this.

Thanks in advance.
