VSS can not display the differences in forms, class libs, etc. since they are binary files. In this case you are using VSS to keep track of the various versions. And hopefully you've put comments to indicate the purpose of the change.

If I need to diff a form, I run it thru a download from here, scctext. This generates a text file and orders all the methods. If you just use "view class code" from the class browser, method code will be in a different order all the time. So it will be difficult to diff 2 versions.

Then use a differ tool to compare the output of scctext.
