Well you had better luck than me. I was dealing directly with xiTech & even SHOWED them how I got around their branding - no response. Said I wanted my money back because their product didnt protect my source from hackers - no response. Told them I'd make the work-around public - no response. Begged and pleaded - no response.
I guess I shouldn't be suprised - here is a company who's business model is something called "extorsion".
