You need a fax server for that. AFAIK, this means that you either have to use Small Business Server or Windows 2003 server. Windows XP can only send faxes locally. You should be able to install a VFP COM server on the machine that acts as the fax server and send faxes via the COM server, though. This requires that the software used to print the fax is installed on that machine, too (eg. Word).
