Many user group presenters don't have speaking skills, but I give them lots of credit for taking time to do the prep and presentation. Remember that public speaking is people's number one fear... death is number 2 (I wonder where that would put dieing while speaking in public *G*)....

Don't give up on them...they are a great resource.
