I have that one too and am slowly working my way through it. There are quite a few differences between the .Net and COM books, mainly due to different ways of doing things in .Net.

FYI, Rocky is updating the book for .Net 2.0. He's also working on one that uses DataSets and Windows Forms instead of business objects and Web Forms.
