You can use containers to simulate frames. If you want them to be resizable, you need a splitterbar control. There are several available, for example, in the file library here, in the VFP sources (Class browser, Coverage Profiler) or a simple one on my FTP server (ftp://foxpert.homeip.net/splitterbar.zip)
