No problem. I've implemented grid based interface in the meantime (without icons).

The whole idea of displaying images in the grid is not that doable :( I don't remember having a need before of using images in the grid, so today I tried the first time and found, that there is flickering involved, as with any Dynamic properties. Fabio's idea minimized flickering but didn't exclude it completely...

My manager doesn't want it to look like Windows Explorer but rather have required functionality and conform our internal standards...
