That was my point.
At least for the Galveston Hurricane death we could say it was becuase we didn't see it coming. But with the Katrina we saw it coming way before hand and still, many people refuse to get out or couldn't.
BTW I have fond memory of Hurst/Euless area. I've played Texas Star GC many times.
