Look in the Windows Registry at HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Account Manager. The value of the Default Mail Account key is the pointer to another node under that hive that has the settings you want. For example, my Default Mail Account value is 00001, so HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Account Manager\00001 is the node I'm interested in.
