What a speed! You're great! And Frank Dietrich too... I'll get your dll and try it and I also try to implement complete grid solution with icons.

I implemented it yesterday without icons and my manager liked it and suggested to make more conforming our internal standards. I had to put Last Modified column close to file name, put back grid lines, etc.
