Is you program a dll or an exe?
Have you registered it with dcomcnfg or com+ on the server? Remember that VFP registers the program when compiling it your own machine.

Make sure that your program has sufficient rights to access your printqueue. For testing you should register it under an admin account. Then you can tell if access-rights are blocking it from working.
Check the event-log of your server. It may mention something why it is not working.
