I'm not sure how to write this type of connection string in VFP

sqlc(Provider = sq;oledb;Data Source=ip,port;Network Library=DBMSSOCN;Initial Catalog=dbname;user ID=sa;password=pass;)

It keeps telling me my connection string is invalid, dont know what I'm doing wrong?
