Thanks for that, but it actually made it worse.

If I set up a table style, making a selection of column widths for each column, I would have expected that the column would default to those widths. It is possible to drag out the columns (with the exception of the right-most one) each time I open that page but that's not how its supposed to be. I appear to be missing something.
