Well, I changed to to VPE years ago, where it's a snap to do things like that. But with VFP9 and chained Reports You should also be able to do that.

or...

You could make it one report where the detail-band stretches over two pages and "accidentally" You have the names on the upper, the addresses on the lower of the page.
