I have an 8 minute bike ride (Spring-Fall) or 15 minute walk (Winter). Helena is the state capitol, and I live only 4 blocks from the capitol building, but I can walk from my house to national forest in 20 minutes. Montana salaries can't match those of larger metropolitan areas, but I wouldn't give up this lifestyle for anything!

>>>But not yet very far, and not yet very fast. So far they seem pretty much just city cars. You can't really drive them on vacation, or even out of town for a picnic. They'll be great when they're more practical, but right now most people who buy them also have to have another car.
