Yep, there's plenty of room for finger pointing. It is my understanding that the Feds had to wait for a request for assistance from the governor. The mayor appears to be some kind of street thug. Once the military was given the go ahead, things started happening like they should have. I'm in the middle of a system where I have seen the people who know the least about something are most likely to be put in charge. Oh well, I'm just glad things are on track. My crew will do whatever we can once we get there, and we plan to go again in January.

I think we need to not dwell on the screw ups and move on toward getting things back in order. It's counterproductive to get into a urinating contest over politics and things that should have happened. Those things can be worked out downstream. Right now we all need to pull the wagon in the same direction!
