Kevin,

The Resize event doesn't fire because you cannot resize toolbar. The only time it does fire when you change toolbar layout from horisontal to vertical or back.
Just an idea, you may implement some kind of indirect resizing on Right Click on toolbar.

The problem is that I can't seem to figure out a way to allow the user to resize the toolbar. I know that it resizes based on the size of the control in it so I was going to put some resize code for the container in the resize event of the toolbar. But for some reason any code I put in the resize event of the toolbar does not fire. I've also tried code in the resize event of the container but it also won't fire. The toolbar is undocked and I'm using VFP 7.
