i have a timer which changes the title bar depending upon certain circumstances which occur in the program, for instance if a user on a certain terminal presses a certain key then the title bar of person X changes.

this works perfectly however when the user minimises the form, the title bar does not change and retains its value at the time it was minimised. it only changes when maximised.

how can i make it change its value even when minimised?
