I guess this is not the perfect solution for you or your problem, you can use it while the correct one appears: You can issue the "RUN" command with the "NET" command and you can get a good response for your inquiry. eg...
To Disable The Access To The Network:
RUN NET STOP
To Enable The Access To The Network:
RUN NET START
This Works in any VFP Program.
As told before, I know it is not the best answer, but it could help you while you get the one you want.
